Cannot See the boats ?

I am in antonica, waiting for the boats with about 20 other people doing the same. I hear the bell on the docks ring as if the boat was going to be there but I see nothing, then to my surprise I see everyone but me run off the docks, float in mid air where the boat was supposed to be and a few seconds later off they went on the invisable ride. I then waited for the next boat to arrive to learn the same thing... Its not here. I see other get on it again so I decide to try running off the docks and see if I can get on the invisable boat but instead I take a dive into the drink.

Anyone else have this problem ? Or know of a sure please ?

I run Vista Ultimate 64 bit with 4 gigs of gaming ram and a intel duel core.

*edit* I have done a full scan of game, and even uninstalled and re installed my gfx drivers and still nothing.

I also have a laptop that can see the boats.... Lol. thinking its vista related.
