I am one of the lucky few who are still waiting for their pre-order to arrive from gamestop.I called the customer service and they stated the code will be included with the retail box, and not emailed.  If for some reason it isn't, I can call them back.

But I've also seen descriptions of a cockatrice pet instead of a burynai pet.  Does the burynai no longer exist? Or is it even included in retail boxes? Or are the cockatrice pets part of the digital download?Overall, a huge load of miscommunications going on here...when I saw the ad for the original pre-order, burynai was the big push to go retail.  I went retail.  Now there's people talking about emailed codes, in-box codes, different pets, [Removed for Content]!?

Well I preordered my retail box from Gamestop online on saturday. I am still waiting for the box to get here. It should be here today I think. Anyway I got my preorder code for the Burynai pet set to me in an email yesterday (Tues). The Cockatrice pet should be different and included in the retial box. Thats how I understand it.

EVERYONE is getting the cocktrice, but if you order online from GS/EB then you should get your badger code in an email. Now its a complete different story if you are like me and just found out yesterday that you only get the badger for preordering online.... *sigh*

Like a lot of people, I saw that it said that you got the burynai from any preorder, online or retail, so ordered it at the store like usual.  When then started backing out of the retail, I started making calls to both GameStop and Sony.  Yesterday, I was able to find out that they will be rectifying this by running a script in the next day or two to give the burynai to all the people who have activated RoK at that point.  If you call in, they can get it added that day if the person who has the authority is around, but you have to wait on hold a long time.  Otherwise, you can just sit back and wait a day or two.
