EQ2Players Item Discoveries bugged

I have discovered 2 items in the past couple of weeks. When I went to check to see if either were possibly a world first the items would not come up on item search (Painting: The Warriors and Bottled Breath). When I look on my character page for discoveries it is showing what I assume are both of these items, but they are both listed as $discovery.item.name so I'm assuming the discovery database is bugged.
