Returning to EQ2

after roughly 2 years away from the game I decided to revive my account. I went through subscription path and purchased "EQ2 Bundle" and reset my subscription plan. I can login into game but I have only 1 expantion and 1 adventure pack that I purchased and activated BEFORE quitting 2 years ago. I have received purchase confirmation email but it has no activation code. How do I activate all that new content?
