When i Click Play "launching game" pops up then everything goes away!!

When i Click Play "launching game" pops up then everything goes away!! after everyting has loaded and after signing in of course, the little box that says launching game comes up and then the screen turns black like its going to start the game up, my mouse turns into the EQ2 cursor then it all just goes away. What is wrong??? Please help
