Tab-key erases textline - issue

I recently got a new keyboard (Logitech G15) and my problem is that the tab-key erases my entire textline when i'm typing something in the chatbox and accidently hit the tab-key.My old/previous keyboard did not do this. Is there any setting or something that I can try to fix this issue?thanks,Deathspell
