Character Skills levels not displaying correctly.

The skills page does not display skill levels correct. I seems that the skill value has the 2nd and 3rd digits reversed so 350/350 shows up as 305/350.

Indeed they are broke. But it has already been noted and put on the bug list on the main thread Here.
