Enchanter AA - Spellblade's Reflexes - BUGGED

I bug reported and sent in feedback, hopefully someone sees this. Spell says :

Caster will riposte 8.0% of incomming frontal attacks. Attacks from other quadrants have the same chance of being parried.
Increase Piercing and Crushing by 50
Increase Melee Weapon Range of caster by 80%
Increase Range by 4

This is with 8/8 points in the AA and the bolded effects are not working. I have tested it several times and we are recieveing no melee weapon range or range increase by putting AAs into this spell. Hopefully this gets caught before it goes live.
