Bottled Intellect

ok, I thought this was going to be changed. I got it out of a booster pack, in LoN it said the new description, 15% power and 10% power reduction or something like that, but in game it is still at 100% power once a day. Is this suppose to be changed or was it decided it was going to stay the same?

have you tested to see if the new effect is in ummmm effect, or are you just going off a description that might not have been updated?

I have tested it, in game, with my toon. It heals for 100% power. In game the description states 100% power. But in the LoN it stated the new version of it, the 15% power heal, 10% power cost reduction for 1 min, recast of 3 hours.
