EOF Download, not Downloading.

Hello, I just purchased EOF this past weekend in Phila, PA. and it is not responding when I put it in my CDROM tray, it goes in but it does not read it, Other CD Roms work, Drivers are up to date, I cleaned it, even though new, Is anyone else having a problem? I purchased it from EB Games, 2371 Cottman Ave Phila, PA.19149

anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated!

you could always add the cd key from the tiny white sticker to your account and let the patcher download EOF if you cannot get it to work.

I add that in the game content place?After it loads up, and I get to the character select screen?

Would I have to pay for the download? And would I get the in game robot?
