Did Befallen server just come down?

I was playing and all of a sudden, all I could do was move around. I couldn't interact with anything and chat wasn't working.

Update, I tried camping and couldn't. So I "x'd" out of the game. I tried logging back in but it says that the account is in use.

sounds like your client froze, and the server didnt release your ghost yet.
