Need Cash - How to use a corpse candle

I'm exiled now and my plat is going down fast. So, I started farming in Bonemire with the corpse candles. Since Heroics are annoying to fight, what are the best solo mobs I can run around 1 shotting for decent cash? All or are there certain ones that drop better sell back items.
