Between US and EU Servers, EU always getting bounced to Toon Select

I play on the US Servers and EU Servers,

My problem is (On the EU server) after about an hour of play, sometimes less, when I zone I always get kicked to Character select screen. Then trying to get back on is impossible. I always seems to get stuck on "loading UI" and then get bounced again.

I seem to have no problem on the US servers and play is normal.

I have read various things to try and have done them all. I have Formatted the computer and tried 3 different operating systems and fresh installs of EQII, and always end up with the same problem noted above.

Basically this has started happening right after last Game update.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
