How to get to another instance of the same zone?

Hi all, I'm sorry for asking but I haven't found any good answers using the search feature or the /help command in game.

My problem is that I have a lvl 10 quest in Darklight Woods called "Luxuries for the Rich" that I can't complete since killing snakes doesn't update the journal (at least in Splitpaw server), but I read somewhere that you could do this quest in Darklight Woods instance 2 or 3, not in 1. My question is, how to change instance?

P.S: stupid question (sorry, noob here): is there an emote for lieing on the ground? I liked the /sleep one in WoW. Many thanks. Great game so far, even though the prices on the broker seem a bit high and I can't afford upgrading any spells.

Either you're killing the wrong snakes or the quest is bugged. Going to a different instance of the zone isnt going to fix it for you.
To answer your question, zone out and re-enter the zone. If the zone has over 100 people in it then a new instance will be available to choose.
You can't create a new instance. At the Fair in Darklight woods is a teleporter that you can activate to enter a different instance if one is available.

As far as I know thereis No emote to lay down.

Hmm, this has got me curious now. On a few occasions I've seen people laying on the ground in the tradeskill/broker area. Would they have been using feign death or something?

Yes pretty much. There is no emote for lying down, the only way to do it is to feign death (or just die of course).

Lying on the ground can be a bug issue too. One time when I died in Valdoons I was rezzed and I was still lying on the ground, on my screen. On others it was different (I was standing). But yeah usually it is just feign death, or a corpse.

One time though I flew off a rock towards OOB and prayed I would FD (magically, I am a fury) so the lowbies down below wouldn't die from the heroics (I was sprinting haha) and I FDed.. =o It was magic.. maybe because my best friend plays a bruiser. lol.

/end stupid story
