Quick question on AA's from quests

If I want to complete lower level quests for AA xp, do I just need to do the quest and mentor down and turn it in? Or does it need to con green or higher to me before I accept? Also, do you only get AA for completing an entire chain of a quest with the same name?

You only need the quest to be green or higher when you turn it in for the reward. If the quest gives a reward (money, item, exp) then it should give you AA. If your doing a series but don't get any rewards in the meantime until the very end then it is considered 1 quest and only get AA at the end.

Also be aware that not all quests need to be 'turned in', they autocomplete when you finish the last stage. Things like language, and lore and legend quests are most notable, but there are quite a few others as well.
