Does anyone happen to know what the command is to list the players in a Channel? Thanks!

For player created channels (not the global chat channels), the command /chatwho channelname lists the players in that chat channel.

/whochannel # # is the channel number. So if 60-69 is channel 1 it would be /whochannel 1 This will list everyone that is online and in that channel. It wont list offline people who have access to the channel. A who listing only lists a cap of 100 people. So if there are more than 100 people in a channel. Easy to do with channel 60-69 then you will only get random 100 people listed. Custom channels however tend to have less people in them so you will be able to see everyone currently in those channels.
