![]() Okay, first off I know the sword clips into my cloak. :p That isn't what I'm asking about. Guess I'm asking everyone if these look "right" to you. This was after clearing some trash mobs so I could gather, but not really that many, so the particle effects had "built up" some. In some ways it actually looks okay, some..it doesn't to me. Also hoping a developer will come in to confirm or deny that this is okay or not. As you can see, I can get the "flames" to even point in what I assume is the wrong direction. And again, in a way it looks okay, I like the flame in the tip between the two prongs anyway, if one "must' have a sword with two prongs like that. |

Giving this one and only shameless bump, then will let the post get replies or go necropost land as the fates deem fit.

that bug has been around for awhile, almost any weapon ive ever had witha particle effect has done something along those lines at one point in time.

Odd, I never really spotted it before..had it build up and not disipate, yes...I have screenshots of another weapon glowing from so much particle effect that you couldn't even see the weapon. But not "streak" in a weird way, nor have it so I can bend the "streaks" the wrong way if I wanted to. Then again, a good number of my particle effect weapons have more smoked or just glowed instead of had streaks or flames too, until I got this one. Anyway, thanks for the reply. |

If it didn't have the "streak" effect, I'd probably like the build up on that sword, almost makes sense..it's "Soulfire" (well, made like THE Soulfire), the fire might build up. The streak...it's okay, but doesn't quite look right. Now...here's how the Qeynos Claymore looks after using it for a few hours without zoning or resheathing. Was before EoF, so no cloaks yet: |
