Old missed quests

Is there any way to do old quests that would be grey? Will NPCs still offer the quest if it's grey? I'm asking because some of the low lvl quests grow into longer quests which will give exp for my lvl so I want to do these too. Thanks!

Yes, most quests you can get when they have turned grey (note: not writs, not repeatable quests). Just hail the relevant NPCs and you should be able to get it (though they wont have the quest icon above their heads).

Ah, excellent! Well the NPCs didn't have those icons over their heads when I started out back in the day anyway SMILEY
