Installing on Laptop

Ok, I recently installed the game on my desktop, and have had mno problems while playing. Today, I tried to install it on my laptop, and when I go into the launcer to play the game, it starts to install the updates. When it gets to the end, it says download cancelled, even though I did not cancel it. I tried multiple times again, with the same results. Anyone ever experienced this problem? Can EQ2 not be installed on multiple computers, as this is the second one I am trying to install it on? Anyone else know what is going on? Thanks. The laptop runs on Vista.

This is a Vista issue. Right click on the Launcher (the EQ2 icon on your desktop) and go to Properties. Set it to Run As Administrator. Also, dumb question but does this laptop have some 3D graphics?
