I'm on Permafrost (PVE).  The +35 run speed still is working fine when in combat.

I´m also on a pvp server and it drops in PvE to. According to the ability info it´s not supposed to.

This make the ability really useless and a waste of AAs. It needs to be looked at...

I havent actually noticed if it drops in PvE or not, mostly because I never usually run about... but on PvP servers, our 35% now stacks with other runspeeds like all druid/shamen SoW and bards group runspeed (all out of combat)

It´s pretty nice to run around with 55% speed (AA+own SoW). Don´t know if it also stacks with Jboots. One thing that doesn´t stack anymore is sprint. They have screwed stuff up or they need to be more clear with their info. Not just change stuff without telling
