Vine-Wrapped Boots still broken

Today I decided to test to see if the boots were wokring corectly. I also tested the Wand of Crystalized plazma

The spell I tested it with was Devistation.

My base damage was 559-1030.

With the 8% damage increase 603-1111

With the 10% damage increase 563-1037 <1%>

With them stacking<18% increase> 607-1118 <9%>

So stacking works, but the 1% increase should be fixed.
