question on going exile and comming back to starting city

im a ranger, if i go exile but then decide to come back to qeynos do all my spells still reset to app 1 ?

yes, all spells reset to app1, and anything above level 50 will no longer be in your spell book no matter which side or what class change you make upon rejoining a faction from Exile.

i never changed classes,i thought spells only reset to app 1 if you compleat the betrayal quest from 1 side to the other

Yeah, that's excatly what you're doing. You are going Exile, then you are going back to either Qeynos or Freeport.

your spells do not reset when you exile your spells ALL reset when you go back to a city from exile, regardless of which city or class you go back as
