Oberon Barrier - refresh rate?

Hello,

Finally got my alt mystic to 70 and scribed the final oberon line upgrade. Never made much use of oberon since I duo/trio almost 100% of the time.

Just curious if the "regenerating" portion of it is frequent enough to justify the stun.

IE if it regens itself every 4 seconds, that sounds pretty decent, otherwise not so sure it would be the best thing to try when I'm the only healer in my little team.

It regens half its max every two seconds. I would say it's worth it, but it's not fun standing there stunned.

I use it when I low on mana. I can still use my manaregen clickies while being stunned. Just remember to refresh the debuffs before you cast it.

Wow, had no idea it was that fast.

I dual box with her sometimes, I suppose in this instance I can just "set it and forget it" once I kick that sucker off.
