There is a group of us that are new to EQ2 (less than a week old) and we have a group of paladin, conjurer, wizard, 2 furys. I have to say the biggest disapointment in this game is the lack of general info about, well, anything outside of the game. As all of us have been playing MMO's and MUDs prior to them, we've learned that you can't trust descriptions...what sounds great my stink, and vice versa.

Are there any sites out there that give a general description of the AA for each class?

The Wizard will almost always be duo'ed with the Fury (hubby/wife). Very frequently plays with the conjurer, and the the other pally/fury duo will join in often as well. For a non-pvp build, and not worried about raiding (only 17), what would be a good build, and which lines to go after first?

Of all the classes, I know the least about wizzy builds. Str seems very popular, as do int/wis. I have no idea on the EoF lines though.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated SMILEY

best lines for non solo wiz are either

str + wis + fire + powerline (manaburn)

wis + agi + fire + powerline (manaburn)

or

str + wis + fire + cold

Wis + agi + fire + cold

This wont answer your AA question, but before you go too many levels, please try to have one of the Furys change to either a Templar/Inquisitor or Mystic/Defiler.  The reason is that a lot of permenent Fury buffs and spells will not stack together and you wont get the full advantages of having 2 healers in your group.

Just wanted to to toss that out as you seem to all grp together and it would be a fairly significant beneficial change.

I am surprised about your disappointment of outside-game info.  I have played many MMOs and find that EQ2s website info to be near the top.  Check out my favorite two: www.eq2i.com eq2.gamepressure.com With regard to your AA question, I find these forums have all the AA info I could ever need. Welcome aboard!
