Where did this come from!?

I was wasting some time watching fun internet junk when I came across a neat animation, but something hit me immediately! I had heard the background music, or noise rather, before! In Everquest Live, not EQ2. But you EQL vets tell me if you recognize where in EQ you can hear it.

Sony, maybe you could tell us where this recording origionated from. I'm so interested as to whether they borrowed it from EQ, or if Sony borrowed it from something else SMILEY

You are correct, that sound effect did come from EQL. Specifically, it's from going to a bartender or other alcohol based merchant and opening the merchant window. On top of the old transaction music, the "tavern noise" track would play.

Yes, and it loops near the PoK building which houses the brewing distiller.
