Help finding an item pls?

Is there still a quest on the Isle of Refuge to earn an Apprentice's Robe? I guess an NPC named Mizan Vaeoulin used to start it, but his/her name is not in my EQ2 atlas and I could not find this character anywhere in the first several regions within my hatching spot. Help please?

Okay, I guess it doesn't exist anymore. But is there still any way to obtain an Apprentice's Robe? Thanks.

I could be wrong but I recently ran an Illy through the Island doing all the quests and was never offered a quest with the robe as a reward. It's possible they took it out when they revamped the islands...but like I said I could be wrong. SMILEY

Since they revamped the starter zone, you start with the robe. Before, you had nothing but a weapon. Now you start with a chest piece, legs, boots, weapons, a stack of food, a stack of drink, and a 12 slot bag.

When they revamped the Isles they pretty much redid every quest. That item was on the old Isle of Refuge. Raven recently redid all of the Outpost and Queen's Colony information at Allakazam, and it looks like that item is no longer available in game.
