Cant load into game with some characters

I cant load into the came with certian characters. Other characters I am fine with. I seem to have a problem with the Ant zones. I spent nearly an hour with TSR Robin, who was supposed to send me an email on what I was supposed to do to help solve my current situation. As I did not receive this email and it is now after hours on Friday I expect this email will never come.

I implore the people who visit this site to help me. I have not changed any setting. Have not downloaded any new driver or program. I have been using the same virus program (updating the dat files as needed) and just ran a full virus scan last night before I logged into the game and had no problems playing last night. I logged with no problems, did not crash. I deleted my Ant and Qeynos zone files and re-downloaded them to no avail. I ran a full scan with no help. I did a system restore to last week where I know I had a good, solid system and this made no diference.

I do not have trouble with any other internet function. I am able to browse and such with no interuption.

Any suggestions?
