I think it is about time we have gotten a new Launchpad UI...This up and coming GU would be a good place to put it.

Being that they have not reskined the launchpad sence the launch of DoF, I would love to see a new one too... However SoE is currently working on a new Unified Launch Pad for all it's games(one Icon gives access to all games your registered for), as such I don't see them reskinning this one as it won't be around much longer.

It would be possible to do it ourselves if it didnt repatch the old version down... maybe they should let us do that...

SOE podcast #16 had an interview with Nathan Pearce. He said the Station Launcher is due mid to late summer... but it has been a long time coming. Othesus - Dirge - Lucan DLere Vaspar - Fury - Lucan DLere

And the new launchpad is just not a skin, there adding tons of features to it. So it will update in the background while your away at work or asleep so that when you log in and want to play you don't have to wait for it (Well unless your on dial up). Also it will patch every single SoE game you own. And the new friend feature you can see friends in other games Lot of cool stuff in it
