I am hope someone can help me with this problem.  For 5 months now I have been trying to transfer a character to another account on the same server.  I have emailed technical support but they were not able to help me.  At the last step of the character transfer I receive a message the Bank has denied the transaction.  There is plenty of funds in the credit card, the credit card is the one I use to pay the monthly subs, I own both accounts.  I would greatly appreciate if someone would be kind enugh to assist, then my brother and I can play our mains at the same time.  Thank you

Your best bet is to try Live Chat Support. Upper right corner, Search the Knowledge Base, Chat tab 10AM to 7 PM Pacific Mon-Fri. Can hazard a guess at the message though - unless the accounts are registered to the same person with the same information they will not transfer a character. Check the FAQS on the transfer service

From the transfer page

When moving a character between two SOE accounts, you must be the registered holder of both such accounts.

Wingrider thank you for your help, there was a typo in the name of one of the accounts.  Support corrected this and advised me to ensure to get rid of mail, have no debt, nothing in broker.  I ahve done all this, and still I get the message "Transaction denied by credit card company".

Can anyone help, I have had this problem now for 6 months.  Much appreciated for your time

like you may have a restrictions that dose not allow (lets say something like) 30$ or more purchases over the internet. for identity theft

You should definately call in for support on this at 858-537-0898, though after looking it up we may ask you to call your bank anyway.
