See Heroes Fate on Everfrost server. Apparently GM's now have the power to delete the guild leader, the officers and hand over the entire guild to some two- bit member so he can sell off the bank contents while you sleep. Way to go SOE !!!

There has to be more than this than you are telling us. GMs have always had the ability to do this, but in my experience, they only do so when the leaders and or officers have cancelled their accounts or have not been active in a long time. What are else are they going to do and how are they suppose to read people's intentions? I hope that if you were a member and this happened your petitioned the thief who emptied your guild bank...

A month ago, one of them posted that "we are alive!", & said they'd lost a lot of their members to VG, but the guild itself was still going. Could you maybe document your claim a little better?

As others here appear to be saying, there is probably another side to the story. SMILEY The forum rules, however, are pretty clear regarding using the forums to seek or give feedback about Customer Service resolutions -- this isn't the place for it.  I suggest taking the issue to a /petition or email (http://station.sony.com/email)
