Is it possible for Kelethin citizens to do the Ashen Order timeline?

Or was this overlooked completely by Sony?

Shing Ho is the Freeport guy for the Ashen Disciple quest chain. Shu Fang Qi is the Qeynos quest giver. Neither of these will speak to my Kelethin Fae at all.

Am I totally missing something or has anyone else run into this as well?

Ran into this today. Only quests I could get where "Learning the Ashen Way" from Master Akuno Beslin (ashen order faction) and "Aiding the Disciples" from Master Irudan Ortai (ashen disciple faction). After completing those the other faction quest npc's still won't talk to my Kelethin Fae. Guessing it has something to do with only having 5,000 faction with Qyenos as to why the Ashen Order npc won't talk to Kelethin citizens.

I've posted that already 3 months ago, when i ran into that problem with my Fae fury, and never got an answer till now SMILEY

Not just Fae. My wood elf ranger changed factions from qeynos to kelethin and I cant get quests either now.
