+Healing item effects and Power Heals

Anyone tested whether + healing effects give a bonus to power heals? For instance, what (if anything) is the average benefit from the effect 'adds up to 10 to healing spells' to Gorging Thoughts?

I haven't tested it, but I would be willing to bet that they don't impact them. The only time I've read about 'healing' bonuses impacting power heals was in conjunction with Empathic Aura, and even then there is really no way to know if it is having an impact as there is no message in the parse to tell you how much power you've just 'healed' on a tic. I guess if you really watched your power you could tell, but I have better things to do in the middle of combat.

I tested it with Gorging Thoughts and Beholder's Eye when EoF was only a few days old, using an item I picked up in Acadechism that granted +10 to both damage and healing effects. There was no per tick change from either of those spells. That item has since been transmuted. SMILEY
