Server selection

Hello, I'm having a problem at character creation when i get to the server part. I can only choose from three servers, Splitpaw, Darathar and one other. I've been told in-game that this is because I've set some filter or something to EU. How can i change it back to US?

When i played 2 1/2 year ago it was just a long list of servers so this is new to me. When i log in it still tells me that i have my characters at Blackburrow server, but i can't find it nor login with my characters there.

Please help me sort out this problem!
