aITEM -716298871 1874214022:Blithe Bixie Cloak/a

Decreases power of Target Decreases power of Caster

Please fix this item,  it seems to be intended as a chance to power tap.  At present it is an unintended penalty as the second line should read "Increases power of Caster"

(edited for clarity and to remove wish list)

Please fix this item,  it seems to be intended as a chance to power tap.  (Secondly, while the itemization thread is active - it would be cool to see general items designed for more potential classes - a chance to proc on spell use as well much like the Brell or Innoruk Diety cloaks have effects that have multiple trigger methods.)

If you want a cloak that procs a powertap on a hostile spell, go get the V'Ncenzi cloak from CMM.  It's a purely caster item, doesn't work on combat arts, and it's a hell of a lot easier to get than that bixie cloak. If they made everything proc off of everything, what would be the point of having the different cloaks period?

While there are cloaks that proc power for casters, I think the ops issue with this particular cloak is...

Decreases power of Target Decreases power of Caster

Surely it wasnt meant to decrease the power of the caster.

With 5 recurrent power cost spells, adding a cloak that would tap even for power from me would own! /sarcasmoff

Yup, bugged.  Fix should make it out with GU32.
