In the old forums, I'd log in and immediately see how many messages on each of my floated forums were new.  Now, I can't tell which messages are new unless I click on the "Read new messages since my last visit".  That feature makes me log out and log back in to get an update of new messages. Isn't there a better way to know which messages on the 6 forums that I read are new instead of getting ALL the new messages? Thanks in advance,

Two ways to see new messages, first would be to click recent topics at top, and second would be to click the read new messages since my last visit link, which is just above the forums to your right. Here are those links for you btw... http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...ntTopics/list.m http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...s/newMessages.m

For marking all as read, I don't see an overall link to do this. But there is a link per forum to do this with... http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...ll.m?forum_id=9 That will mark all items for forum #9 as read. I'm sure tinkering around with this can return a way to do it for the whole forum list.

Well the one way you can tell there are new posts is this: The folder icon turns grey when you've read all the posts in that topic. It turns yellow when there's a new one you haven't read yet.

The old method worked beautifully. We need it or something like it and we need it now. I log in and there are all the posts since the new forums went live. I tried the "new posts since my last visit" and that's not what I want or need. Just let me mark as read, quickly and simply.

Thanks!  That is half of what I needed.  Now I can find the new threads. Now, how do I find which messages in the thread are new?  Right now, I'm just scrolling to the bottom and reading backwards until I recognize something, and that seems silly to me.
