Awesome L&L Tracking Sheet for simple easy to mark progress. Thanks Ripchi! The EQ2Map addon is very helpful for finding these locations, in addition to a map for every zone! This EQ2 Timeline link is another option for book locations, and approxamate levels you might get them at. (Updated 2/8/08) This link is a PDF document of the timeline, provided by another of our players, that also lists book locations and a handy chack off list. (not confirmed) New revamp of list scheduled for third week in Sept 2010.2 sites have done an off-shoot of this guide and both of them are decent, I will do a combine and better sorting for information in regards to these sites: http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Lore_and_Legend_Timeline http://eq2.zam.com/wiki/Lore_and_Le...Spots_%28EQ2%29 More to come very soon!Vy |

![]() Thank you all for the immense support thus far. I will be re-writing the Guide in a notepad and then coloring and formating more once the edit feature is up. I will also add in all the extra info that is being provided. Thanks again (back to checking out the options) |

Seems the forum handle can only be changed once per day, bummer to give those options but make you wait to pick a different persona.

![]() Formatting is going very, very slow... The dang forums double space everything. The wizziwig converter also inputs stuff that is not there, IE converting brackets into a parenthsisand greater than symbol. So the data is slowly being re-written to be easier to read, as now its a mess. (Thanks SOE) |

This is typically of HTML friendly web forms. Here is a helpful hit for the Enter key. The Enter key by default is set to the HTML equlivient of a (Paragraph marker) If you are just wanting to move 1 line VS 2 then you can do a SHIFT-ENTER. The is the same as HTML Hope that helps.

![]() If you would like to know about the weird stuff that happens to me then listen up. The last thing I did before posting this was to try and fix the color of the Hunter/Slayer etc kill info at the bottom of the post. I changed the text to a light pink for the time being, and when I saved it, In the middle there is now an error that wasn't there before, IE. And to top it off, the bottom turned from black to white (not even the color I picked) And the text shrunk in size! Hopefully these things get fixed. (I will be coping this info to another forum in hopes it gets looked at) |

![]() Wow... great guide! I can see that a lot of work went into this and I, for one, appreciate it. I don't know if you have seen the PDF file that Crystallyne has put together, but it lists the location for all the L&L books plus a handy dandy hard copy check-off sheet for when you are done. If you want to take a look at it, go to http://www.crystallyne.net/eq2/landl.pdf . She has a TON of great stuff to help out. |

![]() Thank you OneyEyedJack. I will include this handy link in the guide above. Funny thing was that this was originally a list of where to hunt mobs for Hunter Titles, and it slowly branched out into where to hunt L&L mobs, and grew from there. |

Does anyone have any information to add? A favorite place to hunt that certain mob? Your all time best place to hunt for status drops? I am wanting to expand on the original post to make it better, any other suggestions?

Thank you for putting forth the work on this project. I was going to add some locs for the new books, but I see your on the ball! My only complaint tonight is I can't find my bookmark button. This will be my first bookmark as soon as I get enough sleep to find it!

Just a note. The best place to hunt skellies and zombies is the graveyard noobie zone in fp.

![]() Stevil's top tips for getting L&L: - When mobs are grey to you they are more likely to give you the updates you need. - Find the low level non-heroic version of the mobs you're looking for and grab them in groups. A good example is the orcs in Commonlands. Just aggro 4 or 5 encounters (non-heroic) when they are grey and use AOE to see them all fall down. Then just loot your lore and status items. - When you get an L&L drop but you haven't got the book or are too low to take the quest yet, store it in a big chest in you Bank Slots and keep it until you need it. Don't palm it off for 7 copper when it could take you weeks to find later on! - If you have the EoF expansion and start a new character in Kelethin, you can get a large number of L&L books in your immediate vicinity. There are also mobs of that type near you too. My Fae Beserker is level 25 and he has already completed: Treant, Bixie, Gnoll, Orc, Skeleton and Goblin. You can too with little effort!! |

You can get drakota Lore and Legend credit off the volcanu's in lavastorm, but only the ^^^ versions. The baby ones drop drake items. Specifically, I got the 3 non-tradeable dings doing the Maiden's gulch run, and then got an eye last night off a molting volcanu.

Yes notice that L&L Fairy is still behind a locked door that forces you to do a time sink quest to get to...This needs to be moved...That is all..
