Strap a satchel onto one of the friendly owls & off he goes. Norrathian Air Mail. There is always the option of tying the satchel onto a gnome & catapulting them up to the Overrealm carrying our mail. The little guys have gotta be good for something.

Yeah, I'm almost sure petitions will get locked .. so I'd try to avoid that, though I would like to see a mailbox in KOS personally.

I am glad there is no mailbox in KOS. It doesn't make sense for their to be one up there, considering the lore of the game.

Yeah, a mailbox or three would be great. Some blackmarket brokers wouldn't hurt either, but if it's one or the other I'll take the mailbox.
