Problems with 5 room houses in FP

Not seeing a forum for houses/pets anymore, this seems to be the most applicable place.1) There is a spot on the right side of the staircase, leading up to the garden, where my character gets stuck. The whole 'floating/falling' animation. It requires /exit to get out of. A serious problem2) There is a secret room with a hatch entrance, which supposedly (according to an SOE staffer) one can enter if you are small enough, like using the rat illusion from Spirit Totem of the Rat. Even when using something that small, I cannot enter the room. I can click on the floor and customize it, but that's it. It would be nice if I could actually use all the room as intended in my very expensive house.BTW, this is the house at 1 Compassion in NFP. I've heard similar issues from a guildy who has a nearby house in NFP, though 'version 1' instead of 'version 2'.

These issues are not restricted to the FP housing but also the Qeynos housing, The little room however even in the halloween event where the spider was you couldnt enter i think it is more for show // a place to store items ( some ppl have millions of carpets in there ) without it distracting from the rest of your house.

My suggestions is to Not go in the place where u get stuck and use your little room for storage... I just wish they would do something about the LAG in these places when u have 350+ items in them.
