Not Live and Not Beta = Missing Content. :-(

I've been doing all the Prophet quests I can on Kella, and I love doing them and getting the house items.  Also, as someone who never played EQ1, it's a nice way to start getting a feel for what deity might best suit my character.  (Although actually for an Assassin the answer seems to be, "none of them," but that's a different issue.)So a few weeks ago the Seraph of Hate in North Freeport had the quill and the dialogue for the Innorruuk quest, and it looked like it was lots of fun, but the quest wasn't really in the game yet, and at a vital point in the dialogue when you should have been ported somewhere, you weren't.  No biggie.Only now recent patch notes to Live said they have the quest, but on Test -- which has pretty much everything from Beta except the kitchen sink (where the kitchen sink is actually a large continent, hehe) -- the prophets have more or less poofed.Please, can we have the Seraph of Hate back?  I very badly wanted to do that quest and there's no good reason for a Test player to be prevented from doing that content.
