Bug - t7 Sage Ancient Teachings adept III spells

Noticed this tonight when making a few adept IIIs, some regular ones, and some from Ancient Teachings of: Sages Volume 6.

The (Sage) Ancient spells aren't generating Scintillating Dust as a byproduct when crafted. All of the regular adept IIIs I've made have done so, just fine.
