in game clock and /time

I had assumed this problem was fixed when patch notes the other day said in game clock would work on click through now, but in game time does not display on mouse over in any mode click through or not.

also /time is being displayed wrong which may be the issue with the in game clock i don't know

/time is being presented in this format it is 08046 pm ..... 09013 am earthtime ...... 09055 pm..... 09016 pm earth time.. instead of (using latter time) 09:55 or 9:55 pm ... 09:16 or 9:16 pm game time instead of colon in time display its placing numerical. example new time 12138 am game 09025 pm earth instead of 12:38 am game 09:25 pm earth..
