Rognog The Angler Still Broken after MANY months of bugs.

Ok as an experienced Tester I feel this has gone way too long without a fix. Rognog the Angler is still broke afaik. The newest bug is the recent change to water based mobs that break encounter when you pull them out to land. This brings us to our first problem in that the fish you must fight first in the instance are on land. I know it was ment to be this way for this particuler encounter but a fix must be looked into for it. Move them into the water or make them not break the encounter when you attack them. Alot of people are not too happy because most raid mobs are not  doable for the new  raiding forces. Rognog the angler is the best one to get a start on ,but is broken. Please look into this as I feel it would not take alot to fix it.
