![]() I was just playing around with the new test update. One thing I found out quickly is that Ice Flame is major bugged and is a wee bit overpowered. Ice Flame does a 450ish ice/flame dd. It also has a 155% snare component. It appears the snare is working like a root. The snare takes forever and a day to expire - I was able to recast Ice Flame before the snare would ever fade. I soloed a couple of ^^^ mobs (greens) w/o breaking a sweat. I also forgot to use any DOT and was doing in-efficient nukes. I will go out later and try tougher mobs. Edit: More testing. It has something to do with aggro. If i iceflame a normally non-aggro mob, it does not move towards me at all during the fight. I have tried this so far on mobs 43-45 in level. Protoflame appears to help create this bug - once in a while - on aggro mobs. Message Edited by goboy on 08-27-2005 08:52 AM Message Edited by goboy on 08-27-2005 09:03 AM

![]() More testing. Non-aggro ^^^ Mammoths. Cast ice flame and stay out of melee range. Kill it at my leisure. Aggro ^^^ tundra terrors. Root, cast ice flame - kill at leisure. With either, if i get hit the eeffect breaks. Jaly
