Harclave - Very poor XP, moderately poor loot

So, I cleared Harclave tonight. The entire zone, top to bottom at level 42. My reward for spending 3 boring hours in Harclave? 3.5% XPMaybe 10 chests and 20 pieces of body loot./rudegestureHarclave should be rewarding at least 5% XP for completion of the entire zone (quest reward), and I should have gotten around 8-10% XP for killing all of the mobs in there. So the XP for killing mobs in Harclave is about 1/4 of what it should be, and the finish bonus is negligible. The total for clearing the zone should be around 10-15%. A fast run of Harclave is around 2 hours.Loot is about half what it should be for chests. (I'd settle for even a 50% boost.)Body loot is just downright poor. That needs to be bumped up 3x to 4x what it is now.Why do I say Harclave is boring? Because the current heroic mobs have too much power/health, and the harclave damage shield doesn't do enough damage to help you kill fast enough.

welP.. you can attribute this to the whiners on live complaining that people weren't grouping with them because they were spending too much time in harclaves. there are many threads on this. Gave up on harclaves, and Have been getting better xp and loot off of mobs in lavastorm and umm.. that place with all the ice.. brainfart..
