You have items to claim

I get the message that I have items to claim when I log in, but when I /claim it says I have no items to claim.

I'm guessing this is because my account has the access pass, but the claimed item is not valid for the test server.

The item is a ring that starts the new adventure pack preview.

Update on this.

We can now /claim the ring and start the quest in Nek Forest.

I think it's only for the full station access accounts.
