Bell Missing?

Created a level 1 coerce and was going to go to FD and try to buff up to 56 but the bell is gone on the newbie island.

No more creating of Buffbots?

How do we get into FD from the newbie Isle of the OVerlord now???

A GM needs to respawn the bell. Apparently it goes away after a server reset.

Thanks it spawned a bit later and I was able to make my coercer. But as all the spells are APP I, i doubt if the testing will be meaningful
