Why was the Tir 1 Zones disabled after the last patch? we cannot go to oakmyst or any of the others that got harvesting nodes. only low lvl place we can go to is The Down Below.
 
 So i ask this When will the Tir 1 zones be back up so we can get our trade skills up and do the quest for the Trade skill vendor when he ask us to collect White Tea Leaf an so forth. Any input from SoE rep or CS would be appreciated.

Yeah all tier 1 zones are down on both sides apparently. Not sure what's going on.

Some people think it's because of Haven's release on test..dunno much about it but rumors tho

do you have to have the expansion to play Heavens Release?

Haven is the new neutral city/village you have to live in while doing the new betrayal. Don't see a point in needing anything extra to betray so, no.
