I am wondering if someone else has this problem besides me. I mailed several items to one of my characters who at that time was still on the island. I figured she'll get it as soon as she gets off. So I got this little symbol You've Got Mail, got to the village, opened my mail but there is nothing in there. Symbol is still there but my mailbox remains empty although I know I should have some stuff in there. Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks in advance :robothappy:

it is a known issue and they are attempting to resolve it. supposedly will be fixed in a hotfix.

i am also having this problem... i had mailed something to my main the night before the update and I get the icon - but nothing there

The recent hotfix did NOT fix this issue despite it saying so in the patch notes.

Runnyeye hasnt recieved the patch to fix the mail yet. as usual they will probably wait till enough people start screaming.

Don't worry about it , the patch didn't fix it anyway.

actually,.. what the patch fixed were items going IN to limbo.. so it should be safe to send items back and forth again..as far as the items that were stuck there already?...currently have items on test in peoples mail boxes timing out..

Had a bunch of lvl 20 jewelry and armor waiting for my lvl 14 bard in my mailbox cause he didnt have boxes in the bank so I was using the mailbox as a storage place.....now its not in my mailbox..not even as an attachment..just looks like my mailbox is empty. What do I do?

Luckily its just the regular lvl 20-29 jewelry and armor....still sucks but....before SOE fixes it I'll just craft more.

I have a very large coin transfer I sent from my main to one of my alts on the Butcherblock server, and still can't access the mail. I have filed petitions, and only get a generic response. Has anyone heard of an ETA for this fix? It's extremely inconvenient (to put it politely), and comes at a horrible time, as the unopened mail keeps one from using the free character transfer service currently available. Please fix this ASAP SOE!!

Still havent heard of any mail fixes yet for pre LU 19 sent mail and have been watching forums daily. has anyone heard anything yet
