Annoying newbie food and drink

Everything stacks up in overflow. The food and drinks, the free stacks are NORMAL regen, used to be superior. This is a seperate problem? bug?intended?

When the food and drinks are stacked in overflow you have to remove them one at a time. That part annoys. Thanks!

That only happens on characters created before LU19.
