Quoting the official test server update notes as reference for my question.** Tradeskills ***

- The recipes for creating primary interim components using Apothecary, Geomancy, Timbercraft, and Weaving which required 10 fuels now require 2.

OK lets assume the recipe for a totem is used in this example. It requires one Tuned lumber Primary (which I can  make) one Ash Quiver (which i can make) and  a canvus bowstring (which I need to make 2 sub components ) from what i read the bow string is going to require 10 fuel to make that now ? If that is true with this update goes live once again the devs have defeated the purpose of something they put in to elevate the process of tradeskilling. Don't you think with the way the fuel prices are now that its a bit taxing on the tradeskillers to even do there on trades self based instead of having to go out and hire soemone who's a tailor for example to make the bowstrings?

I think you read that backwards.  They use to cost 10 fuel now they are 2 fuel.

Yup. Some of the rare recipes were borked. Now fixed.

Yea except that they forgot to fix the recipes that the artisan of proper class could use on these rares. For instance the apothacery recipe for a rare glass vial now costs 2 fuel after the fix. The original true recipe that a Jewelcrafter uses with the artificing skill still costs 5 fuel. So now it costs you less money if you arent using whats supposed to be the better of the two recipes. This is not limited to just jewelcraft recipes. the problem is also there with the rare ink recipes. I have not checked further but I would guess that its a problem accross all skill sets.
